Rolf was such a handsome puppy who stole everyones hearts, he was so chunky and *squidgy*!
Rolf was destined to grace the showring from day one and is a natural in the ring. Crufts qualified 3years running plus to date a few 'Best Puppy' awards, and in 2008 gained Reserve Best Dog in Breed at Driffield Champ Show!!
Rolf looked like he may have been designed for comfort and style rather than speed- but looks can be deceiving!! The boy just loves to race for his tennis ball, he's taken to flyball like a duck to water and just keeps getting faster! After finally managing to stop his 'visits' to see whoever is running in the lane next to him he graduated to division running in 2008. He managed to earn enough points for his Flyball Dog award, his Flyball Dog Intermediate award, his Flyball Dog Graduate award AND his Flyball Dog Advanced award ALL in the space of 7 months! Closely followed by his Silver, Gold and now Ice Blue Moon in quick succession making him the first, and currently only, GWP in the UK to gain these awards.
Rolf's mission in life is to think up the perfect cunning plan. Whether figuring out how to steal something, or digging a huge hole in the garden his attempts to date have been highly ingenious! His party trick is to fit 5 tennis balls in his mouth at once!!!!!!!!!!
